A Note on Pricing
The remote $49 fee is deliberately low — it's a flat rate per problem, not per hour. I don't want to spend hours on a call either; the goal is to get you sorted quickly. If it takes more than one session to resolve a complex issue, we'll agree on that upfront.
For on-site installations, servicing and repairs, every job is quoted individually based on the system, access, and scope of work. You'll always know the price before I start.
