Fill in the contact form with your name, phone number, a brief description of the issue, and a preferred callback time. I'll confirm your booking and call you at the agreed time.

Jump on a Call
I'll call you — FaceTime, WhatsApp, or plain phone — whatever works. I'll guide you step by step through the fix. You don't need to be technical, just have your phone camera handy.

Most issues are resolved in one call. If it's something that needs an in-person visit, I'll tell you honestly and the session fee credits toward the call-out.

- WiFi network name and password
- Access to the indoor unit or wall controller
- Any model numbers you can see on the unit or controller
- The app installed and account created (if it's an app setup)
